Sexual function is still the same, it still gets errect but it feels erotically more sensitive and exciting with the exposed urethra, the only difference is that i now cum from the hole at the very base which is between my legs! perfect for contraception.<br />i would recomend this mod to any man who is reluctant to have a vasectomy but no longer wants kids, because having kids is still possible but no longer accidental!
