I have an idea for a  genital mod, I'm wondering if anyone thought of this or if anyone's done it.

my idea is to take the skin and form a sort of sheath that the penis retracts into when flaccid.

has this been done or thought of before?

My boyfriends dick does that naturally, hehe... lots of extra skin will do that, after all..

I don't really know how you'd go about doing that though. It depends on your weight, penis size, etcetera, I'm sure.

I was originally thinking like making an incision slightly up the shaft and running a little ways up the abdomen, then sewing them together to make it into something like on a dog. I don't know entirely about this, specifically what it would required in the way of surgical matters.

something like this sounds like it would be quite surgically involved, like skin graft surgical, which is some risky business sometimes. the idea of it sort of makes me think of a foreskin, but i don't know how far you could actually take it by using your own skin and not going too surgical. i mean, they can restore a foreskin, i'd assume that they might be able to take it to a higher level as well, but i don't think it would be something you could do just on your own.

personally i've never heard of anything like this. the closest to it i think is foreskin restoration.

This is mostly just theoretical right now, just hypothesizing what would need to be done. I dress to the right and I find it very uncomfortable when it shifts to the left, and then I thought about how in furry porn the porn artists sometimes draw guys with a retractable cock. and from there the wheels just spun.

I don't know why my mind works the way it does, but I'm compelled to research this. even if I never even have this done.

to follow on from placenta, there are many ways to restore a foreskin, and i suppose it could be done by restoring the foreskin to a large/longer extent and having the penis fully retract into it from there, but to have the penis like you describe in furry porn, with a completely retractable penis into the body, i honestly am not sure if its possible, wouldnt it involve actually shifting the penis back within the body to cause it to retract to a point within rather than out of the body.

there's no harm in having ideas and doing research about them.  i think it probably could be done, if it hasn't been. it would indeed require quite a bit of surgical work. it sounds like a neat idea and i think it is worth looking into.

I know to have a retractable penis isn't possible for a human, and I'm not talking about a foreskin. it's really hard to just describe this so I'm just going to post a picture as an example and go from there.

in this pic are two examples of what I'm trying to figure out how to do; basically it's less of a retractable penis, and more a pocket for the penis.

there are a few problems with this, like how does the subject take a leak, and how can the subject use the full length of his penis, My skin has a lot of elasticity, but I'm not sure about anyone else.

after doing some measurements I found that for my penis to be entirely within a hypothetical sheath, said sheath would have to extend from my scrotum up to where my pubc hair stops ~ 4 inches below my belly button.

I'm surprised nobody's thought of this yet. especially not people who modify themselves to be more animal-like in appearance.

pubic hair extensions...and and ive seen some pictures of reconstructed foreskins if you are circumcised i cant see the pic of what i assume was animal genitalia, but this would bring your glans into a "sheatch of reconstructed foreskin as well as a furry patch to hide it in when you were on all fours or whatever, the furryness could be extended to the belly chest and legs depending on your hair paterns, there is a place that sells a device that stretches your remaining foreskin into a reasonable looking foreskin, it is a cup shaped disc that you position over your glans pull whats left of the foreskin over the disk securing it in place with soft latex bands and addind weight as needed. so a easy non surgical way to have something similar to a dog penis is to come up with a way to build a foreskin stretcher then get soft hair of some kind from your local hairdressers market and somone who can do extensions you dont mind pullin the hair around your junk...  its a for now solution to a problem you may see as urgent
