Hi everyone! I'm doing a research paper for my college writing and rhetoric II class on body modifications and just the culture associated with them.  So I guess what I'm asking is if anyone would care to share their story with me about things that you've had done, what the experience was like and why you did what you did.  Please share as much or as little as you wish and if you have anything you want to ask me, feel free to do so.

I got modified because this frozen man had tattoos and ear piercings.

My first piercing was in my ear because I thought it looked badass, and in the years after that I had my navel, septum, sternum, more helixes and tongue pierced, purely for the fact that I find them beautiful. I also stretched all my ear piercings for beauty purposes ^^. All the experiences were great, good and kind piercers, very little pain, and awesome feeling after having it done :).

The process of stretching also gives you something to look forward to and is very exciting, plus puts your patience to the test, and makes you feel proud when you've finally reached your goal size the safe way
