Due to me opening a real shop, the online store has suffered in shipping times and responses to emails. This has left a couple people not happy. Because of this, I've hired someone to handle all the online orders. And of course this costs money, so I've had to raise the prices of the products.
Here is an example email I received about some silicone horns:
It is now the 17th and I placed this order on the 9th and I have received NO information on when I will get the ordered, which is very unprofessional seeing that you have received monetary compensation for said product and I had to contact you because SO much time has lapsed with no update on further information about the order. I would really like some information regarding this order, otherwise please refund the order.
And here is my reply:
I apologize for the delay. I'm just one person and I can't attend to the online sales as I probably should. The horns were shipped out this morning.
I was selling all of the silicone way cheaper than it can be provided anywhere else. I secured a deal with Steve Haworth to get wholesale prices and be able to sell them at almost half the cost normally. Obviously the delay in shipping times isn't worth it, and I apologize. I have now hired someone to handle all of my online sales (and shipping), but of course I need to recoup my costs, so I've had to raise my prices to standard prices.
So your 3rd gen horns that you paid $27.45 a piece are now $39.95 a piece. You can of course still purchase them through Steve at $45 a piece.

I often place order with major brands or wholesalers and receive no communication for 2 or 3 weeks. Only after 28 days do I consider complaining.

Usually one can read about how the shipping process works before ordering and then one knows how long to wait before complaining :)

Pffft, you can at least wait to make 'the angry post' till you've asked what's up in a normal way. For those prices, I'd be willing to wait!
