I use Morton Canning and Pickling Salt. It doesn't say it's sea salt, but it says "plain salt, nothing added" There is no anti-clumping agent, nor iodine and those are the two most important things from what I understand.
I don't massage me piercings with oil, but I have used Vitamin E oil on my lobes before.
Best soap for piercings IMO is Provon.

You are going to get tons of opinions here.
As for sea salt, mostly make sure it is not iodized table salt. There isn't really a universally superior brand.
Oil is personal. At 4AWG I don't think you need to worry about massages, but I personally like a blend of tea tree and lavender oil. Many people like emu, many people like jojoba. Some people like olive oil. Experiment on your own, and keep oils out of fresh piercings and stretches.
Best cleaner for your jewelry depends on the jewelry, most importantly the material. I use unscented antimicrobial soap and water to clean my glass and steel jewelry. With soap the most important thing is to get all of the soap off before putting it back into your piercing.

I like AlecTrosex's response.
Personally:
I buy bulk, raw salt from the health food store.
I use coconut oil to moisturize/soften my ear lobes.
I clean my jewelry with soap and water; I use a little vinegar if they seem real dirty.

mm... I usually use rock sea salt, can't remember the brand, but it's basically flakes of salt crystals.
For my earlobes, I used to use VitE oil but it has a chipshop oil smell and I find myself constantly aware of it. I now use Jojoba oil, but only because I can't find any Emu Oil anywhere.
Cleaning plugs... if it's a healed stretch, I use wet wipes, clean the area, clean the plug and pop them back in. It gets rid of the metal/cheese smell!

i don't use a specific brand of sea salt, just non-iodized rock sea salt.
for oil massages i've only used vitamin e oil and cream, as well as jojoba oil. i like jojoba the best and have been using it since i first tried it. vitamin e oil was just too thick and often got in my hair, making it look greasy. jojoba oil absorbs better.
i just use soap and water to clean my glass and metal jewellery. antibacterial or antimicrobial doesn't really add anything except the amount taken away from your wallet, and in a case like this it is unnecessary. with my organic jewellery i just wipe it down and oil with jojoba oil. i don't get ear cheese with my large piercings since i switch jewellery often and go without anything at all even more, so a wipe down works just fine. you shouldn't wash organics with soap and water anyways.
i don't use anything but sea salt for healing piercings. once healed i just wash with dove soap generally, just like i do the rest of my body. i don't use any of that provon, savlon or dial crap.

I like non-iodized sea salt.
For oil, I prefer vitamin e and jojoba. I try to rub my ears with vitamin e at least once a day, and I also put it on my stretched septum. I've tried other things but vitamin e is awesome. :) I use jojoba to switch it up.
I clean my jewelry with soap and water. Most of what I wear in my ears is delrin and the occasional acrylic. I keep my plugs out at night so I don't often have build up on my plugs by the end of the day. The rest of my piercings I just clean with water in the shower.

I buy bulk, raw sea salt from the health food store also, and I don't have my lobes pierced yet, so don't rub them with anything, nor do I have tattoos to put lotion on. soon! Soon....
