I've lost 4 nose screws in the past 2-3 months, because they fall out while I sleep.

I try to search for them in the morning, but they are tiny little fuckers, so I don't always succeed.

I've been wearing pre-bent nose screws, which I know isn't the best option, but because THEY fall out, I really don't trust L-shaped jewelry.

Does anyone know a good way to prevent losing jewelry in the night?

I suggest going to a pro and have them bent to fit. It also helps with a little 18g o-ring (provided you wear 18g nose screw of course) inside so it won't easily fall out at night.

Even with the L-shape nose jewelry, if the bent angle is tight, it'll also help secure the jewelry.

I avoid nose screws and wear a CBR, or use tweezers to fanangle a small labret stud into my nose. The studs can be tricky to get in, but it's not usually a huge issue.

i would have thought a small circular bandaid would do the trick if your desperate. or maybe a nose bone, though i don't have my nose pierced so i wouldn't know

I'd try that if you can get tiny enough o-rings, I used to do that with my U shaped septum keep because I get hayfever and was sick of losing it when I blow my nose, worked great till I convinced my work that wearing a ring in my septum is fine in the office and now I just worry about keeping the ball central (hate off center CBRs)

Nose bones are evil little twats. They're a real bitch to put in and take out in my experience, which I suppose solves half your problem... I'd go with the tape over stud idea, since anything else other than custom bending an L shaped stud would usually require a teeny stretch - not a bad thing, just a bit of a hassel.

Have your jewelry bent to your nostril, and you'll no longer have this problem.  Bandaids and whatnot are unnecessary, it's just that the stem is too long on your jewelry (I'll bet).

Nose bones are bad news, so try and stay away from those.

I've only had mine fall out once in the 2 years I've had it and was when an L-shaped one was in it. Now I always wear screws.

Not much help but yeah..
