Okay so I recently got a micro dermal just below my collarbone basically my chest. Its been a week so far and it seemed to healing just fine(at least I think). I been doing sea salts cleasning at at least once or twice a day. My piercer recommend I sleep with a bandage over it which I do. When I woke up and started to clean it one falls out. Freaking out I cleaned the anchor with alcohol and put it back in. Is this bad that I did this? What should I do? Should I just continue with the healing process like it never happen?

you should probably go see your piercer. sticking it back in yourself probably didn't position it correctly, and alcohol is not effective sterilization.
a pro will be more helpful.

Did the top unscrew and fall off, or did the entire piece of jewelry fall out?

The whole thing actually fell out. I went to my piecer and he told me I have to let it close. He will redo it for free which makes me happy. He said its not normal for it to fall out, is this true? Now here is a new problem, I don't know if my body is rejecting them because when I was cleaning the other one it started to pop out a little not all the way, so I just pushed it in a lil and its fine now, no more problems. This whole healing process is really annoying me.

Did your piercer pierce you with 12g dermal punch? It tends to leave bigger hole. Also, if you try to clean underneath your dermal anchor top instead of around the top, it will pop out easily within the first week or so.

I think maybe that might be my problem. When I clean it I try to clean it underneath. I will take your advice. I don't know what gauge my piercer used but I did guess that it must be a big one because the hole seemed pretty big for it to fall out like that.
