an old friend of mine who passed away the other year had popeye's body above his cock and legs either side, it was hillarious.

So the dragon and the face are both a bit much for me. The face would scare the shit out of me and the dragon, though very awesome is just not attractive to me. as with any other ink, it depends on how well the tattoo is done. if it's pleasing to the eye, then it's just another bit of ink really. i'm a sucker [excuse the pun] for good quality ink  regardless of the placement.

If you can find a quality tattoo artist, who is truly professional about doing a quality work - then great! But the real problem is, too many people are working in tattoo shops and studios and CLAIMING to be professionals. Those are the ones who have the nerve to demand an extravagant rate for a "handling fee" - which indicates that individual is as professional as an illegal Mexican farm laborer. It's obvious they are very insecure about their own sexuality. Can you imagine a doctor charging extra if he/she has to touch your genitals? Also, my experience is that the skin is a lot different and it's easy to drive the ink too deep. Or not deep enough. ------------- Angle parked in a parallel universe |

Extravagant rate? Why extravagant rates? "Puff the magic dragon", as shown on first post of this thread, took ten sessions to be done. Another guy I've been speaking with on tribe.net has a fully documented story about his penis tattoo, which took 12 sessions.
10 or 12 sessions, working on shit skin that won't take the ink easily, with funny smells and having to find new ideas all the time on how you can stretch the skin to do your job, yeah, that requires extravagant rates. Extravagant rates for extravagant tattoos, that's life.
And dear bipod, if some guys don't like to hold another's guy dick, it's their business. For sure as a man I'll much rather tattoo a cunt than a dick. For sure as a man I'll tend to charge more the guy than the girl for such a work. And believe me, I'm very secure about my sexuality. But... such a comment coming from somebody who starts his own description by "I AM HAVING SURGERY TO REMOVE ALL MY PENIS, TESTICLES, SCROTUM AND PUBIC SCALP" is simply laughable.
