if people are unsure if they can afford a hotel/hostel/accomodation for one/two nights then i don't think it'd be a great idea to ask them to stay for longer...

yes, i do actually, because i have thought about it thoroughly (which you don't seem to think i have) and because i have experience of the last meet.

the meet at the weekend was organised so that everyone had lunch at 1pm the day after. out of the 10 of us who were there... 4 of us went to eat.

people left for many reasons. Adam had to catch a flight, kirsty had to go home because kester needed to work, sarah had to get back to her family, and shell was still pissed.

i'm not saying anyone can't stay for more than a night. hell, i stayed for 3 and it was well worth it. but there is no way that i am asking people to stay for 2 nights.

1) people might not be able to afford it
2) i don't want some to think that the meet is going on for an entire weekend in case they can't make all of it. i don't want people to feel left out.

so from now on in, laura, can you please pm me with questions instead of putting them up on here. and if people have a problem with anything they can talk to me directly, instead of leaving it up to you to sort out their problems for them.

When we went back to the hotel from the pub lunch she was still asleep Ah well, least she managed to record my ear being done in a steady manner.
