My boyfriend despises piercings quite fiercly; I have asked him a couple of times if I can pierce a single lobe for him and not bother with jewellery, just so he know's how it feels. But no. lol, I wouldn't force him. As for him piercing me, I would never, not in a million years trust him. He's never had a piercing nor seen one done. He wouldn't recognise any of the equipment or know how to use it. To be frank, having my boyfriend pierce me would be utterly dangerous. And thats if he ever agreed.

so after reading the other responses.. i've decided that yes piercing with ur partner would be fun!!!
but only if he had interesst...
like rachel my ex bf hated my tattoos and hated most of my piercings. he tried to like them, but he couldnt. so he would never be allowed to come at me with a needle lol.
someone with interest like me and understood the equipment could totally do it now!

I've always thought it would be awesome to have a strong enough connection, and to date someone who knew enough, that we could pierce each other... That would be an amazing experience.

I would let mine pierce me... but then again, it all depends on what part he was piercing! I'm sure he wouldn't screw up too bad... maybe...

I would let my ex pierce me in certain places but i would guide her through the whole thing.

*sigh* lol oh well it sucked when it was cold outside :P I also recently found out he doesn't like labret studs when I had brought up wanting to get mine done again lol... so... I guess if I wanted him to do one, he would, I'd have to tell him how to do it, but in the end, his hands shake so bad I am sure he'd miss the mark, but, if it weren't too bad looking I would probably keep it as a reminder and possibly tease him for months afterward. :D
Anyways, I wouldn't get mad- unless the mess up was deliberately against what I told him to do...
And I've asked to pierce him, but usually teasing, and he sometimes says, OK and sometimes not, depending on mood... so... *shrugs*

it really is quite an amazing experience. in my case, i've never known anyone in person into body modification like i am, and having him pierce my nipples and myself piercing two frenums on him, it was a real bonding experience for me. it was always something i thought would be wonderful with the right person, but in my past i was with someone who would never EVER think of letting me, regardless of my knowledge and ability. on top of that, he was far from willing to try anything new, even just temporarily. being iffy about even a professional touching me, i would never have let him with his shakey hands and no ability to tell what looks good. since i met my lover through BME, we had the ability to chat before we actually met, and discover what interests we had and once we knew each other better and had met for the first time, i talked to him about piercing my nipples and he said he wanted to have some frenums redone, and he would leave placement and number up to me. i was the first person to ever pierce him, he has done all of his own piercings in the past, and he was the first lover to ever pierce me. i pierced one frenum on him, and then he pierced my right nipple, then i did another frenum, and then he pierced my left nipple. like i said, it was an amazing experience. i hope that maybe you may be able to experience it as well, because i really can't put it into words. |

I envy you.
Al my piercings are selfmade, I never had someone to help me or do it in me.
Last year, I did a vertical hood on my girlfriend (ex-girlfriend, now). She refused to pierce me.
Soon, I'll put more bars in my ladder project, and I would love a partner "driving" the needle...
