i like the idea, but i have a feeling now that there are going to be some dicks who abuse this system and remove comments by people they just don't like, or they are jealous of, etcetera.

but besides that, i find the idea to be a good one and i will use it. :)

Nah, I'm not proud, except for the fact I didn't deserve it. Lol. I only told some girl that we're not a porn site and not to post picture of her tits to ask whether she should have bars or rings. I would normally have no problem with this - except she posted it as a MOD. Which it's not.

I like the idea and Adam you've obviously gone to a lot of trouble adding emoticons etc and thought about this a lot.

Does this mean though, that if in a forum say, you wanted to be critical of something or someone's opinion - which can happen - then the person that you disagree with can lose you rating points just because you might not agree with their opinions?

Any way time will tell.

You don't really have anything to worry about in the forums because of two reasons. 1) Only myself or a moderator can delete forum posts. 2) That kind of stuff is more tolerated (difference of opinions). And even if you do get a comment deleted, you only loose 1% (which is what you got in the first place for posting it), so you break even.

I get 10% taken off when a Mod comment is deleted.

Also, Adam, I love the system, but what I've just been shown (2 Mod comments deleted by same person just for her having her tits hanging out with no modification on them) I think people are just going to delete as rude when they don't like what another person says. Which I'm sure as hell she did with my post. Because I wasn't being rude, just honest.

Any great idea or improvement will have it's drawbacks. As Eatenplacenta said, some will abuse to simply remove people they don't like, however, we as a community have a responsibility to think of one another's fellings about mods. How many of us have had to endure rude or stupid comments by the general public? I couldn't count the times personally.

I think it's a great idea Adam. Keep up the fresh ideas.
