Many of our members, come here looking for answers. Looking through the forums manually, section by section can certainly be tedious. Many give up, and simply pose the question as new topic.

While we certainly love an active forum, this can make the topics fragmented, leaving the reader with possibly just the answer they are looking for on older inactive posts. To solve this dilemma, BodyMod.org has a forum search feature.

You can use this system to search for specific words, several words, or even phrases, across the entire forum, or specific topic groups, in either the topic or entire message body. You can even look for posts by a particular member. You can then have the results displayed by oldest (start date), most recently active (last post time), alphabetically, or by most popular (number of replies).

Obviously, this is a very powerful tool, allowing you to view nearly everything this site has to offer on the topic. If your search returns little to no results, try widening your search a bit. We have tons of great information for you, it just takes a couple of seconds to find it. An added benefit is that instead of waiting for the replies to come in to your post, you instantly have the information you need at hand.

The forum search feature can be accessed from the magnifying glass icon that reads 'search' at the top of any forum screen. If you still have a question, then by all means, post it. We just ask you see if a topic already exists. Have fun, and happy searching.

I'd love to help, but could you be more specific? What type of stuff did you fill out for your profile that doesn't show up? (Have u tried clicking the "Details" tab at the bottom left of your profile?)
