Has anyone seen metallic fingernail implants? Would those ever heal and would it even be possible?

So it's not possible to remove the whole nail so it won't grow back?

Wouldn't it look nice to have metall fingernails? it sounds like it would really hurt, but anyway.

actually, the nail will sometimes grow back even if you remove the end of the digit. i know someone who lost the last bit (knuckle down) of his finger, and the nail grew back. smaller, but it still grew back.

I bwas actually thinking about doing the same thing... but the only thing that I could come up with was to get a mock-up of your fingernail, kinda like a press on... but made in chrome or something... and then you could just take it off and re-glue it every time your nail started to grow out...

airbrushing, a good artist can work magic, i know a girl that does it, she can do stuff like that and make it look rael and sardonicus, the new avatar kicks ass |

When i had my ingrown toenail removed he sprayed the root with
something so it wouldnt grow back so i now have like 4/5 of a nail its
wierd to look at
