after looking at a better pic i think some shading would make a big difference if you want to cover it just start with the tribal you have and add to it.

i dont no weather putting sum sharp tribal shapes through it
am gunna want work up to my shoulder blade but i was thinking of a snake round it or something im really stuck for ideas???
such a hard choice for me ???
