I think ten or more! I think that you might be better off doing it when you are in your home town ! Just because of the after care! Walking around Paris after could be a little uncomfortable for at least two to three weeks!
Just a thought (from experience).

I prefer odd so I'd suggest 5 or 7. I went for 1 but quickly needed 2 more but that isn't enough! I'd agree don't go too far away especially if you're doing multiple all at once, but having said that I've found them extremely forgiving piercings. Enjoy!

I've thought about a ladder, going for 3 after talking with MontanaPiercer about it. One of these days...how have women responded to oral sex with even one frenum piercing?
