My friend has had this procedure done. Nipples are to small (some of them) and to risky to Dermal Punch. You want to use a needle, make a pocket, insert jewlerey. It's not to risky if you take your time and the person has the correct anatomy.

I've seen it done, but not healed.
The Dermal Punch vs. needle debate is just a preference of the piercer, really... either works..
it IS possible. it depends on the size of your nipples, the jewellery, the procedure and aftercare.
You'd definitely have to bandage them down for a while.. I kept bandages on my face microdermals (which I no longer have) for 2 weeks.. taking them off to soak them and stuff.. so I didn't accidentally tear them out..

I can only say that when you put a shirt on, it's going to be far from discrete or comfortable for that matter. What if you have to carry something heavy too? The easiest way is to carry it close to your chest so that would definitely suck...

LOL I thought I did, but when I saw that I didn't I looked through ALL the implant, microdermal, surgical & non-surgical mods, only to realise I hadn't looked in the nip section....I'm a dork!
