That depends entirely on your modifier. Usually it's somewhere around $75 - $100 (US currency) each, from what I've seen.

Mine were $70 each. I got 2 for $130 though ^^. You might be able to get a better price as you're getting a few done together.

The placement of the anchors isn't likely to affect the pricing too much.

Not heaps at all =P.
I'm going to get a third anchor to join the two on my chest soon, that will cost me $70. So the project all up is $200 for three.
You'd be lucky to get the whole thing for $300. You're saving like $100! The price I got for the first two was minus $10 because I got both of them at once too.
