I can't get your link to work.  You may very well have a keloid again.  Keloids have a tendency to come back over and over and over...not what you want to hear but it is what it is.  Maybe this time around you could try steroid injections directly into the keloid.  It may not come back if you try that before removal.

Yep that's pretty gross.  You would have to go to a doctor for steroid injections.  Do not try it at home!

Funny, the link is working for me now but thanks Jul crimson.

Another to get a keloid to subside is that you can take aspirin, crush it up mix with water to form a paste and put it on the keloid. Change it two or three times a day and repeat for a week or two, until the swelling in it goes down. Then take vitamin a&d ointment and keep putting that on it for awhile.  Ive had a few keloids before, the smaller ones I just cut off myself, but the ones on the back of my lobes I did this too and it helps it not be so big... Hope you find this helpful.

The aspirin pastes only work for hypertrophic scarring, totally different from actual keloids.  If you want to try it first, there's no harm in doing that, but if it is an actual keloid, and it looks like it probably is, you will need much more aggressive treatment.  Bio oil may work over time if it is hypertrophic scarring, but an aspirin paste would be much faster.  Don't get your hopes up though, I don't think this is anything that will respond well to home treatments, especially since it has come back after being removed.

It really doesn't matter if you keep the piercing or not.  It's not going to affect the bump.  The bump won't go away because you took the piercing out.  You may have to keep jewelry out for a while after you have the bump removed, but after it heals you will likely be able to wear jewelry again.  1 piece of advice, do not ever attempt to stretch this piercing.  If you are lucky enough to get rid of it for good this time, stretching it will probably make it come back.  And I wouldn't get any more piercings on your ears either.  For whatever reason, you are prone to keloids and this could happen around other piercings.
