I have to disagree with the point one. I don't think that only heavy-modders or up are participating members. In my case, for example, i have been a mod-let for almost a year on this site, though i was participating on the forums, being active also on the profiles with journals and such.
The other points are really good in my opinion. |

Mm, but it says if you meet any of the following criteria.
Not that you have to be a Heavy Modder. It's just one a few ways you'd be considered a participating member.

I think these criteria are fair and not hard to meet for someone who actually wants to be part of the website. Quite the contrary actually, these are the things that participating members do already, on their own.
