I'm trying to design my chest piece but I'm finding it hard to find useful reference materials.
I've been looking on Deviantart and Istockphoto.com for a few weeks but I think I have pretty much exhausted the resources there.

I'm looking for stuff like scrolls, anatomical hearts, roses, birdcages, feathers, stopwatches and clocks, crowns, bats, spiderwebs, hourglasses, filigree, swirly shit, padlocks, keys, ribbons and bows, cutesy or goth characters, cats, rabbits, apples and other fruit.

Also I've been drinking so websites which are easy to navigate are a plus! :)

Sounds like one chaotic chest
I can't go on, I'm going to go do something less painful like stick my dick in the oven.

Well if you cant find something on a tattoo site just try running a search on yahoo photos or flikr. Sometimes you can find a picture you like and just ass some tweeks to it.

I haven't been looking on any tattoo websites, which ones would you recommend?

on bmezine you'll find tons of tattoos. They're divided in categories too so you'll find easily what you're looking for.
Maybe try using the search thing that is at the bottom of the main page (on bme) that helps a lot too.
