im not looking to drag him to the beach everyday. like once a month and i would be happy =)
im not going to get another bf cause even though he's into games he's also into body modification he has his tongue split full sleeves genital Beading and does suspensions with me. trying to find another person in my area with mods and that doesnt have a gf and isnt a ass hole would be far to difficult. unless you guys wana play match maker lol as for being naked to distract him although i love doing it we have sex enough. i want real time with him. after 10months you cant have sex five times a day every day or your vagina turns to mush lol. and i do play some games with him. cod4 which i use to be pretty decent at. spore, most wii games, i might play war hammer when it comes out, and castle crashers. the problem is he does nothing with me =( Edited by lovthepain - September/10/2008 at 1:16pm |

LittleJimmy, I was going to suggest the same bit of advice, but I thought of something that happened when I tried it. I once dated a girl that used to tell a story about an ex of hers that she couldn't pull away from a video game even by stripping naked and standing in front of the TV. It was an amusing anecdote, and every now and again when I was involved with something and not paying enough attention to her she would ask if she needed to get naked in order to get my attention. One night she was getting carried away with a novel, and I couldn't get her attention. I decided to take a page from her book, so I got naked. When that didn't work, I tried giving her a massage. That didn't work, so I got out of bed, got a beer, went into the living room, sat on the couch and turned on the tv. That did the trick, oh boy did that get her attention, haha. She asked what I was doing, I said "well, I tried your little trick where you get naked and try to get some attention, but it didn't work, so I figured I'd just have a beer instead." Well, that didn't go over so well, haha.

First thing I must say is, There is nothing wrong with Dune books. As for Video Games, let the new wear off, you'll get him back sooner or latter. Go Kart racing does sound fun though. As for the beach, I love the beach, but that's just me.

I have exactly the same problem with my man! While I'm also a bit of a computer addicted geek, I'd rather have SOME time away from our computers so we can just enjoy one another's company. Apparently he's happy just staying in his chair in front of the computer. If you ever figure out the secret to getting their attention, let me know ;)

Oh mannnn i know EXACTLY how you feel my frineds.
My boyfriend is a gaming freak, i swear, when we're together, at his house, hes playing games 24 hourssss. I beg him to go out and he doesn't wanna go. The naked bit works, but things other than that are nice tooo. "trip" over the wire, and then SINCE ITS OFF and start tugging him.
I tend to put up a fight, or ignore him when he pays attention to make him feel the pain.
Just tell him your leaving and just go out, dont tell him, and make him pay attention that way, might caust a bit of trouble but it gives you a chance to bring your problems up.

Actually, I had a boyfriend that was a workaholic, he coded so he'd be at his desk alll day. First, I tried the naked thing. That would lead to a playful kiss and not much else. Then I tried the I'm-gonna-give -you-head-under-your-desk-and-if-that-deosn't-work-you're-gay plan. That only worked a couple of times before he started asking me to do it while he was working because it 'made for a nice break'. And also, he never ever came out with me anywhere, other than to do a bit of shopping now and again and maybe the park, although I can only think of six occassions where we did either in the 2 and a half years we were together. I just got used to it and learnt to appreciate the fact that I could have a good time with my mates without being distracted by my guy. |
