Hmmm No matter what my obsession is *cough*drugs/bodymod*cough* I always manage to either include her when it comes to drugs lol or just not spend so much time doing things like sitting on bmod. Maybe seirra is right you might need a new BF if he's just gonna be a douche and play COD 4 all day long. I don't get some dudes I'd much rather spend time with my GF then do well pretty much anything.

im an avid gamer.although i make sure my wife is happy and content i spend loads of time on my ps3.she finally decided to join in and got herself a wii.we have a game room and although she doesnt play the same games we still spend time with each other doing a common interest.gaming can become like an addiction so if you think your going to change him its not likely.either you join him, accept it,or move on.

I enjoy video games as much as the next guy but the gf always comes first. I love building up Lowrider pushbikes more than video games and my current project has been on hold since i met the new girlfriend just because i'd rather spend that money to take her out to dinner. We talked about what things bug us about eachother and we accepted it and tried to cut down those actions around eachother.

The thing i find with relationships is it's accepting eachother and talking and try not to do those things as MUCH while the other is around.

My girlfriend enjoys video games more than me so it's not all guys and i'm glad cheesestix stood up for us. Maybe a bit taboo but hey sometimes break ups are girls fault. haha sorry but it's the truth

Nah lowlifer you're definitely right girls can be as much at fault for a breakup as guys and can be just as uncaring and obsessed with something just like guys can. I once broke up with a girl because she cared more about going out to the bar and drinking than spending time with me.

I can so relate to that...
If you found a competition in lying on the beach boiling it might just be enough...but still, there would be the lack of interaction and of action in general...so nah, won't work Big%20Grin

Oh and...

Gamers are gamers you can't stop it or fight or come between them and their console/PC.

That's not necessarily true. You can sit on his lap just between him and the display. Naked, of course. If that doesn't work, than you should start looking.

Dude he's just like me. I hate the beach too. But I have to agree with what wolfbaden6 said. Guys like to "do" things. Sitting at a beach is too bloody boring..

That works for a while. But after an hour or so your back or your neck starts to hurt and they get cranky when you get in the way or hinder their movements in the slightest bit.

Also, I didn't like the idea of sitting nude on top of my boyfriend and seeing him more excited about touching and looking at his computer than ME.

Yes, we get wrapped up in things, I personally do it fairly often.
However, we do relent eventually. Usually I allow 4 hours a day for *insert current obsession here* and after that, I'm done.
Or BodyMod, for example. If Yika is awake, I rarely spend more than half an hour on here... at a time. I simply check in every hour, and spend 5 minutes making sure I'm up to date on everything.. like Kcir said, Mod'ratin is s'ruz biznis.

false he pends more time than that with we when im up. more like and hour then goes on here for 15min if that

What you describe would actually be the not-working case...Big%20Grin
