I've taken care of it. But it always seems irritated, and it hurts. Its always red, or pussing or something. And i understand that my skin is probably rejecting it, but how come other people can have one, anddd it'll be just fineee!

Maybe yours was pierced wrong or had the wrong kind of jewelery in it, or you weren't taking care of it properly, surface piercings are hard piercings to heal in the first place.

As a surface piercing, the rejection rate of sternum piercings is quite high. What type of jewellery do you have in? Perhaps you're sensitive to the metal.
Also, if the bar is the wrong size, this could be causing irritation.
Other than that, everybody is different. We all heal differently and all that jazz.
I recommend taking a zinc supplement to help healing along. Make sure you're getting an adaquet amount of vitamin E too =).

because they have a different body than you. Just because person a can heal something just fine, does not mean it will be perfect on person b. |

If you could provide us with more information about the piercing (jewelry shape, material, diameter, length), and show us a picture we could probably tell you a bunch more about your problem.

If its done with PTFE/tygon, a straight or curved bar, its probably rejecting.
How long have you had it? What kind of jewellery is in it? What have you been doing for aftercare? etc... |

mine rejected becuase i wanted the look and didnt think about wher ei had it placed.. it was down to low and hit on my bra alot... and i also enjoy mosh pits alot so it got quite battered
