Topic: Portrait Placement?

i want a portrait tat, and i was thinking that i would really like it on my thigh.
but then i started thinking about if i gain weight in the future..
i dont want cellulite to fuck up the persons face lol
if i were to put the tat there, could weight gain be a problem?

thank you for any opinions/facts :P

Just don't put on weight! :P

I've seen er -larger girls- with very nice tattoos over their cellulite, I would be more worried about losing the weight later and having the tattoo warp a little or be disfigured by stretch marks.

straight, straight for the deep end, doesn't hesitate to dive riiiight in.

i dont plan on a huge weight gain anytime soon lol im just imagining if i have kids in the future. im not petite at all and would definitely go up a few sizes haha

i thought about my back too, but i have other plans for that area :)

Gaining weight could have a negative impact on tattoos on any area of your body. Bearing children shouldn't impact a tattoo on your thigh, unless you are one of those women that use pregnancy as an excuse for eating anything and everything and gain way more weight than what is healthy. Your thigh area may become a little larger to accomodate the shift of your hips, but it should not affect the tattoo. If you are really worried, maybe the calf area instead?
