Well you all criticize his work, but maybe it's art. Maybe his customer was asking for them to be like that. Maybe he was just drunk? So please stop criticizing. Bodymod pros also have the right to drink sometimes, right?

Sure everyone has the right to drink, sure he may have asked for it there, but chances are regardless of what was asked/said/drank/smoked/injected the needle was meant to hit the mark. It didn't. That means the customer didn't get what they wanted, due to the piercers inadequacy, regardless of what caused that inadequacy. I don't think anyone has the right to stick needles in someones body when they're not sober/competent/whatever enough to hit their marks.

*scratches head* I don't know which part I'm more disturbed by, the fact that the piercing clearly missed... or the fact that the client let him take a picture and post it in his portfolio. dumb.

Wow...a disoriented, blindfolded four year old playing pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey could've had better results. Another fine example of why pro status should granted on a case-by-case basis. Edit: I just looked at the entire portfolio he posted....did anyone notice a lack of responsiveness in the pictures? I mean, there is still GV on everything as if they were newly pierced and not even cleaned yet, wouldn't you expect them to look a little...fresher..more irritated? ive always looked at body piercing as an artform based strongly on accuracy. theres a fine line between piccasso and a stumble fingered jabber

Haha! I think that sums it up nicely! If I were one of his customers, I would be extremely upset at leaving with a piercing that looks like that. My piercings mean alot to me and they are a big part of me feeling comfortable and happy with my own body. A messed up piercing would leave me feeling quite low.
