I want to get a tat that represents my children. It would be on my right shoulder, not to big not to small. Any ideas??????

how many children do you have this will help to determent how big it will have to be and what part of the shoulder front,side,back are inside. I'm not trying to be rude these are just some of the things your artist would need to know also.

I saw a pretty neat tattoo at a concert the other day; A man got a tree tattooed on his back with a tire swing and a tree house and had his kids' names carved into the tree/treehouse.

I once met a woman who had a tat for her 3 children, she had their initials all intertwined into one symbol, looked really cool

I have 5 boys and 3 girls. This is why I have hit a "creative" door, what kind of symbol could represent 8 children???? It would be on my right shoulder,and back. Obviously it would be medium to large, although who knows. My faith is important, I am christian, and my oldest son is a Marine, if that helps at all.......

a lady came in to my artist shop wanting a tattoo for her kids she had 6. came up using the flower for each ones birth month and the vines out of there names and/or birth dates. foot prints with names and/ or birth dates on your side,back or across your shoulders. i hope this might help and good luck

okay this is kinda random... but and octopus has 8 legs you could get one with their birth dates on each leg... if you made it big enough im sure the artist could kinda make the numbers look like the suction cups of the legs

an 8 pointed star?
The eight-pointed star is the Star of Redemption or Regeneration and represents baptism. Eight is traditionally the number of regeneration, and thus many baptismal fonts have an octagonal base. Providing added significance is the assumption that Jesus was circumcised and named when he was eight days old (the traditional Jewish practice); baptism is seen as the New Testament equivalent of circumcision. Finally, eight persons were saved in Noah's ark, which is another Old Testament parallel of baptism. |

this one struck me as odd but a guy came into our shop and wanted a tattoo for his kids. he got 5 skulls with the kids name carved into the foreheads. just throwing that out there in response to the octopus comment. it gets much wierder kitten.
