Ouch. That's a bit difficult combining something of such vibrant color with something black and white. I'm thinking a fade from the color to black and white over a certain design might work. |

you need to add more tattoos to cover more of the open areas. sense your fairy is your larges piece go with a fantasy theme. you could use more fairies,mushrooms,elves,unicorns.wizards,leprechaun and flowers anything to do with fantasy. your artist and you can choose a mixture of colors,bl&gr and bl&gr with colored hi lites for your new tattoos. when the new pieces are complete your artist will then use different types of shading to fill in around the new pieces to finish it. (also go to my pictures there is and unfinished back piece dealing with fantasy). i hope this helps

yo could also make a nice vibrant color on one side and try t have it fade to black and white in the other side, that would be pretty neat

my artist jimmy mac is tattoo like that but is not just his back 1 half of his body is color and the other half is black and gray. looks really tight that way.

perhaps having either both in b&g or both in colour could help. create a common background though.
