I wouldnt do it... I have a tattoo on my heel where many people and even my artist said not to get it done and I finally convinced him to do it anyways.. Well he definently knew better. I did a palm tattoo after trying repeatedly to talk the guy outta it. Multiple touch-ups later, I got a chance to speak to Jack Rudy about the one he did for jesse. he agreed that they never stay "clean" and that after a while they look worse and worse. I won't do another one. Period.
