What do you think?
(For note: My left arm is a mess of shitty tattoos.. so, I'll start over!)

Thats very cute, I'd feel weird about saying that about a scar. That seems like a something you should think a lot about cover up all those tattoos even though they arant the best I'm sure some of them have some meaning just to replace them all with a couple kittys and paw prints.

Making dinosaur love sounds since 1843.

None of them have meaning. They're all just random shit I got on a whim.
I'm a cat lover and want to dedicate some art to cats. I have a My Little Pony sleeve because I'm a horseback rider/80's kid.
Let's see. on my left arm I have a BME heart, 46&2, decapitated faery, shitty star with exploding cherries, random hearts, "my backpack's got jets".

I like the idea, getting a scarification of something really cute, its an "opposites attract" kind of thing I guess.
Just be really sure that this is what you want, it'll be hard to get rid of.

instead covering your arm in solid black and doing a cutting maybe your artist can use dark colors and shading for a cats and kittens sleeve cover up. I'm not a big fan of solid black work seams to be a waste of tattoo canvas. that is just me but i hope this helps and good luck with your tattoo.
