my mother had to have a breast removed dew to stag 4 cancer. in 2 more years she will be 5 years cancer free. so in 2yrs I'm going to get a breast cancer ribbon tattoo.to honor my mother and everyone who has fought this. just wanting to know how many people have one and how you feel about them. i hope this is posted in the right place if not would one of the moderators please move it for me.

I don't have one, but breast cancer has become very apparent in my close family in the last few years. I'm concerned it will eventually effect my mother, and maybe even me someday. I think this is an amazingly touching way to show your mom and many others how much you support their cause. Good for you. :)

I think it's a good idea. why not have the tattoo sponsored? like get enough people to sponsor you to have it, and give the proceeds to breast cancer UK or whereever you live :)

ive seen a few pink breast cancer ribbons on here...and i cannot think of a more amazing way to show ur love and support for someone who has has to battle this disgusting disease. ((hugs)) for ur mum, i really do hope her health continues to be cancer free!!

My wife has a breast cancer/memorial for her sister that passed after a long battle with breast cancer.  Her sister was a huge supporter and team walker for the Komen 3 Day.  This year my wife, her mother, and my 16 year old son will be walking for her and others that have lost the battle.  I have a website:  www.picturesbyscott.com , that has photo's for sale that sales will go to the Komen 3 Day.  Will try to post a photo of her tat.  Thanks.   Scott
