Well mine is at 10mm an has been for a while I dont want it any bigger even though its fun stretching it up cause it has really changed the shape of my face. Finding jewellery to fit is a bitch though I have a wooden tusk but cant wear it for to long cause it starts to hurt as it distorts the rest of my nose so much

i was pierced with an 8g. had to take it out so it can be repierced. i have a a deviated septum so it was crooked. i'm getting it repierced with an 8g this saturday The%20Finger

6g but I might stretch up to 4g so I can wear a silicone tunnel but I'm happy with 6g its the first time the jewellery hasn't looked tiny

I have 6g jewelry in my septum. I was pierced with 6g jewelry, but I keep "losing" my jewelry, so I'll be 4g soon.
