I have fake boobies...High Profile Saline Implant, Submuscular (completely under the muscle)  ....Can I get a tat on them??

Montana nailed it Dear.  The depth of the needle would nowhere approach an implant that was above the muscle. tattoos live at a depth that is a fraction of an inch below the skin. Just below the layers of dermis ( which the body shed's and replenishes yearly) into the epidermis. Basically the middle layer of skin. This is where hair follicles , sweat glands, capillaries are. It is a mid-point in the skin that the bodies own antigens tend not to respond. Too shallow and the skin will naturally shed away any ink. Too deep and the bodies immune system attacks the ink as an invader, breaking it down and carrying it away as waste. The depth of breast implants, even anti-muscular, is far far far below where a tattoo needle could reach.. And Montana is absolutely right "again" about DR's trying to avoid tattoos if and when they need to remove implants.
So tattoo those gorgeous fake boobies princess!!!! We are all waiting! ;)
