I think my piercer in Nottingham in the UK is somewhere between 60 and 70 right now, although i haven't seen him in a few months. Biggest lobes i've seen in the flesh myself anyway.
There's a chap i've seen in Norwich too with similar size, again i think he works at a studio. |

Question-wouldn't he have to worry about loss of circulation?

Well I'm gonna get a tattoo of a BUTT, with a BUTT-shaped tattoo on it, and I'm gonna get it right on my BUTT. That would be cool.

no as long as you ake care of it the circulation should be fine, just like mine even though there only about 73mm, i hae great circulation becuase i take care of my lobes and keep them thick and healthy
