Ok I totally get your point eaten and you're right i was completely out of line and I probably should have just ignored him, BUT, and I emphasize the but here, why is it that roulsans atrocious insulting behavior acceptable to everyone?? why is he allowed to get away with insulting people on a daily basis but when someone else does it its unacceptable? Again what i did yesterday was deplorable to say the least and I behaved in the manner of a five year old but still i bring up a valid point now. Also I would report Rouslan but I feel as if when I do nothign is done about it what he may get a warnig?? How many warnings is he going to get?? Honestly no disrespect meant to you at all eatten I do like you and hold no ill will twoards you what so ever but it is a bit hypocritical that Rouslan is allowed to get away with all that he does but when someone insults him it's the end of the world.

Also unrelated  why am I on strike two when have i broken the rules before this?? Or does yesterday count as two strikes?? If yesterday counts as two strikes disregard that becausse that would be fair. Though if it doesnt I am unaware of when I have broken the rules prior to all of this.



Edit: I'm in no way trying to cause trouble at all I'm just bringing up a point about some of the peoples hypocritical attitude around here when it comes to people acting inappropriately, sure maybe Rouslan is'nt so rude and crude about it but that does not justify the fact that he insults people on a daily basis. Also we have worked out our differences so I hold nothing against him anymore. 

Second edit: I re-read this and it sounds as if it's only directed at eaten but it's directed at everyone who worships Rouslan as if he's some sort of god (and that's not an affront toward Rouslan I'm merely pointing out that some people are a bit ridiculous when it comes to there respect for Rouslan to the point it boarders on worship) but mostly directed twoards the mods/admins....And again I'm only trying to bring up a valid concern (or at least one I and I'm sure a few others feel as valid) that I have not start an argument.

Hmm to me that says that it's ok for Rouslan to be offensive and rude and to get people all worked up so that they behave in the manner I did, but if someone else were to act like Rouslan does they'd be gone in a second.

When I read *that* post, it seemed as if you had put any regard to Adam's work aside and I was honestly surprised that he didn't yank your account out of principle then and there. I think it's probably fair to call that one strike one.   Anger at Rouslan or not, the picture posted yesterday was something that would have gotten ANY of our IP addresses banned. I was an aol moderator for almost 10 years and have seen (and pulled) my fair share of snerts, trolls, instigators, queen bees, victims, bickering, squabbling, drama, and low blows, but I've never seen anything as disrespectful to an entire community as that damn picture. You took it from swapping personal attacks to involving everyone who so much as clicked on that thread. For christ's sake, I can usually trust the forums to be "safe," so my three year old daughter was on my lap when that picture popped up.    I know you're looking at this as Rouslan being untouchable and you being unfairly reprimanded, but look at it this way... Were you both walking outside the lines of the terms and conditions? Yup. In a fair world should you both be repremanded? I can't argue with that. But before that picture was posted, neither of you had done anything that would have caused Adam to drop the banhammer. That was a choice you made. Rather than chastising the moderators, you should be kissing Adam's ass for reinstating your account, and you should realize that you were afforded a luxury that most wouldn't receive.

First off I think what happened to me was extremely fair I never once said it wasn't at all maybe you should re-read my entire post, in fact it may even be unfair not towards me but other people that my acct was reactivated and that nobody else ever has their ban reversed. Second off I was banned not for the picture I posted but for waste posting saying I didn't care if I was banned and generally being rude, as far as I know and Adam can correct me if I'm wrong (and if i am i apologize and should have read the tos better) but offensive pictures arent generally against the rules as long as it is not illegal content and that pic is not illegal in anyway shape or form. Also the forums are not a safe place for children ever they are not worksafe either as a matter of fact we had a thread dedicated to posting pictures of your breasts, I also posted a pic in the photoshop thread of kcir's face getting pissed on. Again this site is not work nor child safe and won't be MAYBE I'm wrong about the pic that i posted being against the rules but I know for a fact that the forums are no place for children to be viewing as mature content is posted on a daily basis. Third of I'm in no way trying to chastise the mods with my post in any way simply being that I still am a part of this community thanks to the kindness of Adam, brining up what I feel is a rather valid concern as all community memebers have the right to do. Re-read my post and you may get my point. I know what I did was wrong and am VERY thankful that Adam re-activated me and will not ever be doing anything like that again, BUT if i wasn't pushed by Rouslan that would of never happened (again its not an excuse for what I did and it does not justify me in anyway) it just seems that it's a bit unfair that Rouslan is allowed to get away with being rude but other members are not. Again my behavior was uncalled for and was a slight against this community. But so is rouslans, sometimes the TOS should apply to us all not just everyone BUT Rouslan. I'll kiss adams ass for letting me back but I'm still going to bring up issues I have regardless.
