Yeah the guy who wrote that article has no idea what he's talking about, but I personally modify my body for myself and don't give a rats ass what people think about it. Most people have their minds made up about body modification and I highly doubt he's going to change anyone's point of view. What he says may be ignorant and asinine, but getting all worked up over it is too.

Let's look at online journalism shall we?

People such as this guy are paid money by the sites for their stories, probably not much but the supplement it with job in other media too, I presume. Now these websites aren't stupid, they don't just give away money to anybody that writes an article, they give money to people who can draw people to the site with their articles and they especially like it when new people visit for a read. After all, the adverts you see when you visit are what generates the site it's money, the more page views, the better the site looks and the more money it makes.

Everytime you get someone to have a read and leave a comment the better he looks and the more likely he is to run his mouth off again.

Besides, there are plenty of these articles every week, you can't stop it and I would love to hear your suggestion on how we can 'make him pay'.

I honestly don't understand people getting so upset by guys like this, every community/race/religion/person gets stick from time to time, leave him to his misguided opinions and move on with your life.

PS. I'm sorry if I sound a tad enraged but there are so many people getting their panties in a bunch over things like this right now and it's only making it worse.
