Thursday, July 3rd   (The Chill)
For all BodyMod.org members and their guests that arrive the night before The Festival, we will be meeting up and going out for a night on the town. Food, drinks, fun, and whatever else happens. This night isn't going to be too planned, but will be a ton of fun! If you are going to show up on the 3rd, let us know a couple days ahead of time so we know to look for you =)

Friday, July 4rd   (The Festival)
The main event! Open to all BodyMod.org members, guests, and the public. This is an all-day event of mingling, suspension performances, catered food, alcohol, live music, and total awesomeness! The festivities start at 2pm and lasts well into the AM!

It's Free for BodyMod.org members!
All BodyMod.org members will need this printed pass with their name on it for free admission: >> CLICK HERE FOR PASS! <<
MontanaPiercer also wants to buy a meal for each member that comes, so make sure you print out this meal voucher with your name on it:  (link will be available later). All names / passes will be verified online at the gate.
Everyone else will have a $5 cover charge and need to purchase their own food (cost is to be determined, but probably not more than $10).

Food will be catered by The Yellowstone Perk with diner style food (cheeseburgers, hotdogs, nachos, pizza, ice cream, etc)
For all of our Vegetarian friends and family, we will have you covered too! Viva la Tofu!

21+'ers with ID will receive a nifty bracelet that will let them into the Beer Garden (seriously, it's an outdoor garden!) to purchase beer, wine, and / or liquor. This part's not free =)

Suspension Performances! 
MontanaPiercer's crew, 'Off the Hook' will be doing suspension performances from 2pm - 5pm.

Live Bands!
From 6pm - 9pm, live bands will be rocking out for you on the outdoor stage:

- W.M.D.
- Motivation Zero
- Tragic City Sickboys

From 10pm - Midnight - The headlining band will be performing on the indoor stage:

FIREWORKS!
The towns fireworks show will also be visible from the venue. (how awesome is that?!)

Camping!
Free camping areas are available for the night of the event for those that wish to have a night under the stars!

 

Saturday, July 5th   (The Hang)
This is a private event for BodyMod.org members and their guests ONLY!

MontanaPiercer and his crew will be doing FREE suspensions and flesh pulls for any BodyMod.org member that wants it! Yes, Free! suspension isn't about money. It's about a life experience. This is the opportunity for those that have always wanted to join the ranks of those that have soared but couldn't afford it (or find anyone that is competent enough to do it). In addition to the free suspensions, other artists will be on site to do various types of body mods for you if you wish. This is a party / gathering event, so even if you don't want to be put up, you can (and should!) still come to support your new friends and make even more =)

Suspensions will begin at 4pm at MontanaPiercer's studio:

The entire studio will be closed Saturday for this event. Obviously time is a factor, so we will be taking an RSVP, first-come-first-serve list for all suspensions and flesh pulls. Sign up now if you know you will be there and want a free suspension by a crew that is experienced and will treat you like family. On the day of suspensions, we will go down the list. If your name is called, and you're not there, we will skip you and go to the next name down.
 
Please keep in mind that this is a party, there will be other people there watching and taking photos / videos (I will =)

There are 2 bars next door (The Wheel and The Western) for those that are not suspending and that are just there for the show.

The Western serves food (burgers, pizza, fish and chips, etc) all night to keep your bellies full.
 
There are also many restaurants just a few blocks away. Free parking for those that drive, and taxi services for those that don't.
 
 
Sunday, July 6th   (The Calm)
Starting at 4pm, there will be a gathering at MontanaPiercer's house for BodyMod.org members and guests.
Please RSVP if you plan on attending. If enough people plan on showing up, it will be moved next door to NorthPark where MontanaPiercer and some of his friends will cook dinner for everyone (veggie food too!).

If you were suspended on Saturday, you are able to get a free tattoo from MontanaPiercer with the 'Off the Hook' logo to signify your suspension. This is completely optional for those that wish to get it done.

This is also the night where we will say farewell to each other. Lots of friendships and memories will be made, but all good things must come to an end.

Anytime
For those that are interested, Yellow Stone National Park is about an hour away. A separate thread should be started for this, but members that plan on going should discuss about plans to group up. You can share rides / tents / etc and see some of America's most beautiful natural scenery.

How To Get There
There's two options, fly and/or drive. If you drive, safe parking will be available for you everywhere that we will be. This would be a great road trip event, as you will be able to see some of the best scenery and landscapes on the way there. It would be a drive that you and your friends would never forget. One of those stories you tell your family and friends for ever.

If you want to fly, it's amazingly affordable to get there. I'm flying from New York City (US East coast), and it's around $400 round trip. I'm planning on camping and enjoying a weekend out of the city, so expenses will be pretty much nothing. Check out orbitz.com and travelocity.com for cheap airfares. If you fly, we can coordinate pickups from the airports and to/from the various events with others that will have cars. We're all friends, so we don't mind hooking each other up =) [anyone notice the pun there?

Our Host
If you haven't figured it out, this event is being hosted by MontanaPiercer (Adam Skipper), one of our founding members, first Mod-erator, and generally overall awesome guy. I want to give a big personal thanks to him, his crew, his wife (she came up with the name =), and everyone else that's helping out to make this event happen! It's like I've always said, this community has more to do with you than me =) You guys and girls rock and I can't wait to see all of you for Skindependence Weekend!

OMG! I can't wait! kissadilla and i are leaving tomorrow to hang in missoula for a coupple of days! EEEEEEEE!! *is really freaking excited*

i'm so fuckin stoked about this! i'm going to ask my boss if i can have tuesday off so i don't have to wait until wednesday!
