my name is Jenni and i am 22 and from england.

i'm a third year drama student, studying in hull.
my hometown is bolton, but i tend to spend more time in manchester.
i had a horrible time in my first year of uni, so i left for a while and worked at the manchester opera house for a while - it was awesome.

i live on my own. in a 'student' flat, but i've done loads with it, and my walls are decorated with paintings, not posters.

my parents aren't rich, but they aren't exactly poor either. i've had quite a comfortable life but i don't appreciate people telling me i'm not allowed to have a bad day just because they are worse off.

my health is really, really weird. i consider myself to be quite a healthy person, but a few years ago i was told i was at risk of having a stroke, and this summer i got superficial vein thrombosis in my arm. i had headaches for 3 years and 6 doctors all had different ideas. i was scaled by black coffee when i was 2 and have a scar the shape of africa on my left arm.

i'm a virgo - and a very typical one at that.

i am a very smiley and happy person, but once i get started in a debate, i can be quite stubborn. i work in starbucks and have found that most people are, in fact, idiots.

i do love myself.

i want to get a career in the radio industry, but i would be happy being a housewife if i could afford to not have a job.

i will never, ever understand people who don't get sarcastic humour. stephen fry, hugh laurie, vic reeves and bob mortimer make me proud to be british.

when i got my first tattoo i told myself i would have a maximum of 10. i've got 7 so far, but can already think of at least 9 more. for the time being i am happy having nothing that is too visible, but that will change in a few years.

putting milk into a mug whilst the teabag is still in there makes me nauseous. please don't do that.
