I figure this is a good thread for me to make my first post in. I'm Paula, 23, from Melbourne Australia. I've just finished my honours degree in Zoology and am starting my first full time grown up job on Tuesday as an animal educator. I get to keep a crocodile at home, so i'm pretty excited.

I'm Kelly from Pennsylvania.  I love animals especially my cat Cotton who is my baby, lol. I'm a vegetarian.  I'm completely gainst any form of animal cruelty.  I've been with my wonderful boyfriend for over 11 years now and we are awaiting a closing date on the house we just bought together.  I enjoy staying home with my boyfriend and smoking weed and watching movies (mostly horror) or playing video games (my favorite is the old school NES).  I love shopping, clothes, shoes and purses.  I'm completely addicted to my Bowflex machine and workout everyday, sometimes up to 4 hours.  I don't hang out with my friends too often because all they ever want to do is go to bars and I'm just not really into that.  I love music especially classic rock and metal.

i'm nineteen. i was born in a small town that tries to come off as a city called welland. it is in ontario, canada, near niagara falls.

as of right now i am not attending school or working, but i'll be looking for another job when i return from the skindependence meet.

i don't get emotionally attached, and i don't have many people close to me (that aren't family), or people i would consider a real friend. although i do have many acquaintances and i am very easy to get along with, and easy to please. i like talking with new people all the time.

i don't have a huge amount of hobbies. i enjoy doodling, photography, movies, music, and chatting here. body modification is my largest hobby and i do a lot of my work myself. if i don't do it myself and take something to the next level, i do it myself. i'm easily amused and i like doing things by myself. i'll often just sit outside on my covered back deck for hours doing nothing at all but listening to the birds and watching whatever may go on. i also enjoy walks and fishing.

i'm shy and anxious. i don't generally speak first, and i prefer it if people spoke to me. i have no problems opening up a bit, but i never make the first move. i'm polite and courteous and i respect everyone. i can get along with almost everyone if they like me. many people am surprised when i open my mouth and speak up because i am the complete opposite of what they thought i might be like.

i'm also 5'1" and about ninety pounds. i'm a tiny girl. my voice isn't all that high but i do sound young so i'm told.

i like snails and penguins.
i use purell a lot.
i cover my hands with my shirt when touching things lots of people touch.
i NEVER use public washrooms.
i don't like feet.
i think beards are super awesome.
sometimes i wish i had a Penis just so i could modify it.
glass body jewellery is my favourite.
i like colourful things, especially make up and underwear.
there's probably a lot of other random things about me too. i won't go on too long.

i was also featured on the BME cover last year, i have been featured on the BME ModBlog twice, my lover and i were featured on the BodyTwo ModBlog when it was up and running (we met through BME), i have been featured on the "cover" here at BodyMod.org, the user here stupidcore made a background image featuring myself and it became an official BodyMod.org background (i don't know if they exist anymore...), i was one of the first three featured members ever here at BodyMod.org, and of course i'm a moderator here, to date the only female and the only one who hasn't met Adam personally to my knowledge(i will be in july though!).
