It's only been 3 months since you were pierced/stretched. That's not an abnormal amount of time to not be fully healed. Give it another month or so. You could just be taking longer to heal. And your ears have a somewhat larger area to heal, about 75 square millimeters of tissue versus about 30 square millimeters for a 14g piercing. It makes sense that yours would take a little longer than usual.
