I was at the beach the other day and got sunburnt  realllly bad.  I didnt' put any sunblock over my nipples.  My nipples aren't in pain or anything, but they are reallly dried up and look like they are cracking.  They aren't bothering me, they just look nasty.  What should I do about this? is it bad to put moisterizing lotion over them?

If I remember correctly, you are not very far into the healing process, so I wouldn't recommend putting any kind of lotion or ointment on them.  I would soak them 4-5 times per day in plain warm water, no salt.  That should help things look better in a few days.  Other than that, I would just leave them alone and let your body take care of the rest.  It sounds like your nipples got sunburned as well, so they may start peeling.

they don't hurt at all.  They are actually starting to look better.  I guess it's just a matter of time.
And speaking of cartilage piercings..i'm about to take out my helix piercing.  Whenver I fuck, whoever it is can't seem to keep her hands away from it, so it gets swollen every time.  it might look cool but it's not worth it.
