I may be the first to have this done,
I have not found evidence that this has been achieved anywhere however
that surprises me greatly.
any help or input from medically trained or experienced people will be appreciated, specifically gender change - penis enhancement folk.
I have some interest from a local plastic surgeon here in Oz
however the cost quoted seems a bit extreme for something taking only
a few hours without general anesthesia.
as I understand it the healing process will be painful and mobility in the region will be compromised, and being the first there is sure to be mistakes,
I am seeking interested people who want this either for themselves or to be a part of the development of the process.
I want to work with an interested surgeon/cutter who wants this to be attached to their name,
I want others who seek this transformation to be brave enough to be a part of the successful development of this mod,

but what will make this happen fastest is a an interested party to sponsor
this project, either surgeon who wants to give it a try pro bono, or a
philanthropist with anthropomorphous on there mind.

possibly the most stupid idea i’ve ever had: you could POSSIBLY perform a "belly slit" (how the hell would you call an inverse dorsal slit?) and separate the phimosis from the penis, and then sew it to the top of your scrotum leaving only an opening at the tip so when your penis becomes hard it’ll exit through it, the connection to the scrotum would not be much different from sewing closed a transcrotal piercing, simply make superficial cuts where you would like the skins to connect, careful not to invade the scrotum itself, and sew the remaining foreskin back… based on my non-existant understanding of a non-existant procedure, i’d say doit in two parts, first perform the “belly slit” (seriously, not a single term for this? shallow subincision maybe?) and separate the skin, after that heals (during this process you’ll have to be extremely careful to avoid regrowth) you perform small incisions on both the scrotum and the now separated foreskin and sew them together

this is probably a shitty idea
