Adam, may I suggest that in the new mail - announcement area, you add three new tabs, first one for comments made in your profile, second one for comments made on your journal entries, third one as first post following any of your posts in a forum, so that you'd be able to have on the same page any incoming data for you?

 

And ... maybe put in red/underlined any tab where you have something new. Then calling this communication panel, and then using this page as member starting page?

 

Another detail, you still have some new features/old features mixed, and the old "you've got mail" always appears after the first one already could be seen, so ... well anyway I guess you're working on redesigning all the old stuff so it will of course end up being cleared later.

 

Another suggestion, create three levels for the pictures. First one would be public, second one would be private, and third one would be private area for "real" members. People could switch (like now) between show all or follow this new privacy rule which would work as follows :

 

1st level : Public mods are visible to anybody (registered or not)

2nd level : Private mods are visible only to registered members

3rd level : Private mods for "real" members would become visible (with no public notice about it, keeping this information confidential and explaining it to members only when they post mods, allowing them to choose the privacy level at that moment, and therefore avoidind any form of voyeurism) to members having posted more than 50 times on forums AND having a picture AND having posted at least one mod AND having one friend, and would of course be always visible for your friends no matter those previous conditions (of course the level should also be edited from the mod window for older mods).

 

This is a suggestion to solve some problems that have been raised recently about privacy questions, because some people feel embarassed that unknown voyeurists may simply register and watch their precious pussies and sacks, which I understand.

 

(By the way, you could also use that definition of "real" members to make some announcements visible on first page for them and not for general public...)

 

Still, there is no way I can link my old mods (already posted) to an existing tattoo artist - studio, since this information is not editable on the mod window. Only place where you can edit it is when you post your mod.
