Personally one of the biggest reasons that I would be against a minor getting tattooed (especially around that age) is because you grow so much around that time. The skin stretches and shrinks and moves, and it could screw up the tattoo a lot.

at that age is should be our friends tattooing us an vice versa, practicing on ourselves. how else, in later years, will we have embarrassing scribbles to cover up

Even if her parents were aware and everything who would, in their right mind tattoo a grl that young, her body is only starting to develop, she is still growing. I mean shit she hasent really even hit puberty..

I think that the act of punishing someone for what the kid wanted is ridiculous. The crime was not a crime to the public, or to the people in any way. It was not a violation to the girls body because she asked for it. And it was not a crime against higher powers.
its stupid. there is no justifiable cause for punishment. |
