well, im 16, and i have 2 tats, i just recently got them this year. 12 and 13 year olds have changed alot since i was that age, i know it hasnt been long since i was. but it seems to me that all the younger kids are beging to look and act older than they really are. and yeah, a professional tattooing a 13 year old is wrong, im not saying that it isnt. but if the girl wanted to get one, and got it, then its on her too. the couple should have thought twice about it, and yeah the girl shouldnt have gotten one but in reality, everyones been young once, and we all do stupid shit, i have to deffentally admit if i had gotten a tattoo when i was 13, i probably would deffentally have regreted it by now. or i maybe would not, nobody can really tell. but, for me anyways, i just go with the flow most of the time, i do things right away, usally without thinking them through, but when it comes to tattoos i dont really care what i get. its stuck with me for forever, yeah, and i for sure do have a different outlook on certain things than most other people, we live in the now, not in the then, so we should just live it, ya know..but anyways, the couple deserve what they get cause they should have thought about what they were doing, and also the parents should have kept a better tab on their kid..i dont disagree, or aprove with someone tattooing a minor but there has to be certain guidlines to doing something like that, and in this case it seems like some lines were crossed.
