i think the reason why the guy isn't mentioned anywhere is that if it was consensual, then it's not molestation/rape. if the girl agreed to have sex with him, then they can't accuse him on those grounds.
then again, it means that he cheated on his partner - now THAT should be passed as a criminal offence. i hate cheaters. |

This is one of the more bizarre cases I've heard about in my time.
I hope that the mother will get a hard sentence and har boyfriend gets an equally hard sentence plus a visit in the shower by a 6'8" bodybuilding brute named Tyrone or something.
And I hope that the girl gets out of this mentally intact, though I find it difficult to believe that will happen, unfortunately :( OT:
@metalbabe: I agree. Cheaters should be placed on an island where they could be hunted for sport!

Rosa = It can still be classed as statutory rape. And even having sex with a minor.
So he should be prosecuted. Doesn't matter whether it was consensual or not. |
