Like mother like daughter though... I somehow think that if the mother is warped enough to do that to her child, she no doubt had some influence on her daughters behaviour...

That and the stepdad should be prosecuted for sleeping with a 13 year old girl!!!

Yes, we are all agreed that this is simply an absolutely insane situation. It goes to show that forced sterilization should be seriously looked as a viable option in our society today. But may I ask...what the fuck is this and can someone translate???

not that anything about this case is logical... but what good would a gynecological exam now be if the whole incident took place in fall of 2004? thats nearly 3 years, and unless the little girl put jewelry in, there would be no evidence of there ever having been a piercing (unless of course the mother really fucked it up)

or maybe i just read it wrong...

and the nothing is done about the man how had sex whit a kid...

u all girls think about when u where 13-teen, would u have had sex whit a grown man how is ur stepfather and not have issues after wards??

no really think about it.. i cant see the case in a nother lihigt but rape, and the scar from the mother reacting like that....

and sexually abused kid often have problems whit living a healthy sex live ... we dont inprision insane peoble, we give them tretment, and we understand that the person was sick, whits is clearly in this girl case.

i bet this "boyfriend" had abused her long befor that insedent

I don't know what's more disgusting; the pedophilic step-dad molesting a 13 yr old, the mother blaming her daughter and wanting her genitals pierced (which in this case amounts to female genital mutilation being that she was a child and the object was to make sex uncomfortable...that's how some parts of the world who still circumcise women rationalize it, for gods' sake!), there being no mention of the step-father being prosecuted for child molestation, or the defense trying to revictimize a child who has been sexually assaulted, three years later.

That's a fucked up family. Neither the mom or the step dad should ever be allowed to have anymore kids, they should both be in jail for child abuse & rape.
