metalbabe: Here in america, people under the age of 18 are not allowed to have sex... if the person who is 18+ get's found having sex with someone 17- then they are put in jail it used to be statutory but now it's considered contributing to delinquency of a minor. that's if it's consensual, obviously. this especially gets pulled out if the girl ends up with a baby.
