As of yesterday, we have creeped up in google rankings for the search term of "Body Modificaion".

For about the last year or so, we have been #3 with BME being #1 and Wikipedia being #2. I'm pretty ecstatic that's we've finally gone above Wikipedia and become #2 in the WORLD for Body Modification. Don't get me wrong, I love the wiki and it's got a great definition for body modification, but I've always felt that we are the #2 site for everything body mod.

Finally Google gets us. Even if it's just it's algorithm that understands. =)

Also, I forgot to mention this when it happened, but we broke the 50,000 member mark about a week or so ago! And we're growing at about 150-200 new members a day! Not too shabby =) I also noticed that our new record for most people on the site at once is over 300! Pretty cool. Thanks!

Congrats on making #2, does that mean you try harder? :-). Say I have a question and sorry this is the best way I can see to get to you to ask the question. How do I get to the mailbox for my page? the only way to get there seems to be if I get the new message when I sign on, or if my home e-mail notifies me I have a link there. I know it is going to be obvious and right in front of my nose, but just can't find it yet. Anyway thanks a fun site and I wish yo and all here the best. riblet

you have worked way hard on this site, given many blood and sweat hours in making it what it is. so congrats are in order. i remember when i first joined this site, we were at 8315 members. it have so ballooned over the last two years. fucking amazing. thank you Adam, for giving me a home on the web, i dont really have a place i call home, i rent a room in a house,---far from being a "home" and this has been the place when i come to, to see old friends, new friends, and hang out. thank you for making this a home away from home

eugghh, inked nation, hahaha. it is wonderful that this community has grown so much. i've only been with it for a year and a half, but it has grown so much since i've been here, it has been an amazing thing to watch, and i know i have grown as well because i have been here. i joined here before i did BME, and i will always like it here more.
