Article I found here by Adam that I found interesting (& scary).

Not saying I haven't done many on myself, or won't do more on my own in the future. Just saying, be careful out there.

I would like to get into piercing. I did one on my elbow once but the jewelry fell out. I think I'll also try tattooing my self again. Looking at all the body mods on here just makes me want more and since I can't afford it I'll have to do it myself.

I made 6 ears piercings (3 now stretched) and the first two navels and I tried some surface. But the surfaces never worked I had to ask to a friend (who's also a professional) to do it

I pierced my Frenum, PA and most of my Hafadas myself. I really enjoy the feeling when I pierce myself

There is a difference about doing it yourself, and doing it yourself SAFELY. Piercing your elbow is not a good start. You have to be practical when it comes to piercing or it will not work out.

The one I did on my elbow was with an ear piercer. Next time I'll use a barbell. I now you need to be safe about it. I will have to learn more about it. I just got into tattooing about a year ago. I've been learning about properly doing a tattoo. I've done quite a few so far and all have been healthy. So I would like to learn about piercing now.

I dont see a piercing on the elbow working out no matter what jewelry you use. Wouldnt be possible to heal, a very high movement area.
Look at you now hero

The one I had worked fine and healed nicely. If I would have put a different piece of jewelry in there I'm sure I would still have it. I had it for a couple of months, but I used an earring so the back fell off and I just didn't put another one in. I want it pierced on each side then maybe put a long bar bell though it.

How long did it take you to split your tongue using the tie-off method?
I am pierced, therefore I am.
