It would be possible, very expensive and requiring a specialst surgeon (probably the kind who do breast reconstructions after mastectomies), but none the less possible.

They wouldn't express milk in any natural way, though, if you're wanting that. You'd need some odd pump system that would probably not be great.

We were talking about 3rd breast and that is also fairly old news I.E. circa 1980 film total recall.... but no one jumped down thr O.P's throat to have a go at her. ... |
